The deadlift is the oldest of all weight training exercises and is one of the most effective exercises for overall body development. Simply load up a barbell and pick it up. It doesn't get any more basic than that.
But despite the simplicity of the exercise, there is a proper way to deadlift. A lot of lifters make some critical mistakes that limit the amount of weight they can handle and just makes doing the dead lift more difficult than it needs to be.
In this video lesson you're going to learn how to do the conventional deadlift with proper technique. How to do the sumo deadlift. And how to perform the stiff leg deadlift.
